Property Advisor

  • Bachelor's Degree is A must.
  • 0-2 years experience in sales field
  • Experience in Real Estate field is a plus
  • Applicant must have a car
  • Very Good command of English (oral & written).
  • Presentable
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
  • Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients
  • Property buyers lead generation
  • Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements
  • Following up on client’s requests, ensure our clients are satisfied even after closing
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies

Senior Property Advisor

  • Bachelor's Degree is A must.
  • 2+ years experience in Real Estate
  • Applicant must have a car
  • Very Good command of English (oral & written).
  • Presentable
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.

Sales Coordinator

  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Customer service attitude
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Nearby residence only
  • Contact potential or existing Clients to follow up on their units or requests
  • Keep the company inventory updated
  • Store and sort data in electronic form and present reports
  • getting feedback from clients on our services and sales team
