Specific companies linked to the movement of buying and selling in Egypt

A variety of big, and well known companies in Egypt, are linked to the movement of buying and selling inside the market. There are real estate agents who can’t market for their building projects. On the other side, real estate companies are selling Properties at good prices.

Some of the real estate companies have a huge demand on their villas, However, in addition to that, they also have apartments, houses for sale and property for sale.But their clients used to buy villas only.

In contrast, the price of fuel will rise up in the next year which will increase the cost of the property, forcing the developers to increase prices, due to the recent increase, developers will not raise the price too high, because if they did, the proportion will effect on the sale movement and purchasing.
